Purchasing Policies & Terms
Buyer: Federal Law requires all firearm sales to be made from one dealer to another dealer through a common carrier. So we will be unable to ship a firearm directly to you if you do not have an FFL. If you would like to purchase a firearm from us you can have your local dealer mail us a signed copy of their FFL along with a written order and we will ship the order to the dealer. Most dealers charge a transaction fee to cover the cost of handling and paperwork for this service.
Guarantee: New firearms are covered by a full manufacturers warranty to the original owner.
Payment: You may pay for your online purchase with your PauPal, VISA, Mastercard, or COD. COD requests do carry an additional fee for handling. If you prefer, you may also mail your request and payment to us and we will ship them as soon as possible.
Shipping: Shipping of your merchandise will be through the US Mail or UPS depending upon your need. All firearms will be shipped UPS. Shipping charges will be applied to each order.
Returns: Please call customers service before returning any items. Customers service will direct you in how to return your product.
Parts & Service: If there is a problem with a firearm produced by us, please ship the product to us and we will repair it and return it to you. For parts, identify the needed items from the parts list provided for each item on the Online Store or call us at the following:
